Peanut Butter Chocolate Bundt Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup dark chocolate chips


1.Sift the flour, leavening, bicarbonate, salt and chocolate.
2.Mix the paste, butter and sugar during a bowl till creamy and light-weight.
3.Add the eggs and blend well then stir within the vanilla.
4.Fold in the flour, alternating it with buttermilk. Start and end with flour.
5.Add the chocolate chips then spoon the batter during a Bundt cake pan lubricated with butter.
6.Bake the cake within the preheated kitchen appliance at 350F for 40-45 minutes or till well up and golden brown.
7.When done, flip the cake the other way up on a platter and serve it only if chilled.
